The main screen shows a list of the most recent consumed foods. The meals screen allows you to enter the foods you regularly eat. A meal could be a full meal, just a dish or serving or a package. For each meal the full caloric value is recorded. When consuming a meal, enter a new log entry. Select the portion of the meal you ate. Use the history graph to view your calorie intake over the last days.
